Call from "Uncle Joe" (which I don't have) - Sounded almost drunk - Wanted to talk to me about buying something, or investing in something - It was had to tell because of the rambling

we got this ring & picked up this. this is a automated voice stating that we could get a lower interest rate on our visa. we could press 1 to accept the sell or two to not get any more rings with the. we put the phone down. 2 weeks later we had the identical ring. we hung up, subsequently rang visa. Visa assured us that these people aren't the ones phoning. however these people did lower our interest rate!

call 1 or 2 times a month .. but 4 times today. calling for 'Tammy B. (something)' sounds like 'Maders?. But his recorded message, and I can never make out his name. I contacted them several times, and they 'remove me from the list.' They just call .. reporting to police today to see if I can charge telecommunication harassment.

Despite request to be deleted with their political campaign calls, Bilbray's office continues. Sometimes this no. creates dial tone, other times a hang-up (no message) & we think the 3rd of these fours rings in past twenty-four hours is the Bilbray msg on VM (come to open forum deal). was this the way to get a vote?! Not mine!
