Vehicle Extended Warranty for a 20 year old car?!

Instrumental music w/someone speaking (what I believe) is Mandarin. Unsure of content, but 3 co-workers have received this same call today.

Caller threatening to turn person in to police for outstanding warrants. Caller from Canada

Caller keeps calling and leaves inappropriate messages.

They keep on calling me for no reason.  And scaring me.

I called this number back to see what it was, because I was waiting for a call from an appliance repair person. They refused to tell me what kind of business it was without me providing identification information first. I told the person that I would provide her with my information once she identified what kind of company she worked for, and she said she would not tell me what kind of company she worked for without first getting my information. Pretty sure this is not an appliance repair company.
