They called me and said It was cybercrime and I´m under investigation for a loan from some place called first usa cash loan or something I never heard or got a loan from them they said they had proof so they was going to issue a warrant for my arrest. Is this a scam or what

This phone  number came up with  recorded message about a land line TEXT MESSAGE.and to press this / that button to receive it ,I figured there must be a  CHARGE for this and it was a scam .. Never heard of  this before . Anynone else out there with this  message?Thank you
