keeps on phoning & not leaving a msg! attempted phoning back however recorded message states no. was not in service!

Rewards Redemption, SPAM. VoIP number, so hard to trace.

Left a message that said "The matter at hand is extremely time-sensitive and urgent. We found that there was fraud and misconduct on your taxes which you are hiding from the federal government."

I received a call from this number at 3:03pm on Monday, September 10, 2012. Female called my house and asked who is this I gave my name and then they hugup the phone.    I tried to call back and got their voice mail.

these people rang however never ever spoke!

On one occasion, the caller identified himself as a representative from Bell Mobility offering a cell phone package. In many other cases, calls from this and similar numbers beginning with (412) 211-# were met with no answer.
