I am not sure who owns this number but I could tell it was a cell phone. The person calling acted as if he knew me and sad "Hello Thomas" (Might have worked too if my name was Thomas) I informed him that this was the wrong number and then DEMANDED ME TO GIVE HIM MY NAME! I hung up because I do not give anything to callers I don't know & out of the blue.
