i got a call from this number and it announce that it was Chinese Ambassay and I had an express mail, click 1 for details. After I clicked, there's a female voice asking how to help me. I told her what happened and the call was dropped. I don't know what they're trying to do.

This person sends texts with foul language. She does not know you and when asked to cease and dicist she replies "NO!" She will not answer the phone if she is called.
