no clue who this was phoning

Hacker likely. Caller stays silent & no message when miss call... This # called 3 sepate dates/several times when I was under a hacker attack. Tries download app onto cell phone. Found a spy app days later, but damage done.

I was afraid to call back they said i have a time limit of 24hrs or they will take action but they never said what.I am afraid to look further into this but sounds bogus cause the number they called i never gave out but the number i do give out i found they have called many times so how did they get my other number and of all things its a prepaid cell phone?

I got this call also on Sept.07 2018. Heavy accent ( Pakistan or India sounding) Told him I was turning his number in into the Federal Trade commission and hung up. Call the FTC and report this , they are investigating these people.
Called himself James, knew my name.

Called and hung up.

No message. Possible follow up on employment scam
