Scam a Californication # calling across the country? Obvious SAM. Declined call. Also shows up as SCAM via NOMOROBO

rang our mobile phone. didnt pass on msg. Set our telephone settings to not display Calling-ID over network. rang number back. Dave with Military Services picked up. informed 'em we missed a ring with this no. couldnt ID. us cos we blocked our number. requested for our telephone number to identity us. requested them exactly what the rings were about. she stated she works for the University of Phoenix. informed them We are not interested. she stated alright, & I put the phone down.

i have recived a couple of rings with this no., these people never ever pass on a msg. soon as we return a ring to this #, nobody ever answers?

This number calls me it freezes after I answered. I called back and voice-recorded message comes and says that this is an attempt to collect the debt .

I received this call through my Text Now app the person, which was a woman said she was calling me back, because she had gotten a call from myself, Bullshit I said then hung up. Straight scammer don't provide any information to strangers. who claimed you contacted them.
