HARRASSING ME, WON'T SAY NAME

I keep getting calls from this number. They are hang-up calls and very annoying.

Offering credit card service to lower interest.

Do not give this person, Mel Swanson, any information. Says he is calling from Civil Resolutions in Texas. When he was advised that we wanted him to mail us proof of a debt supposedly owed to Wells Fargo for overdraft fees, he became flustered. There is no debt owed. Also, he would not answer whether he was a debt collector or a process server since he told us if we didn't pay over the phone or set up a payment arrangement, he was coming to our house to serve legal documentation.

I received a call claiming some kind of lawsuit. I have no idea any reason for receiving this message.

Received several calls from this #. I think they are selling insurance.They never leave a msg. When I called back, I was told that the only way they could remove my # was if THEY had placed the call- not me. What a hinky operation. I'm NOT home when they call!
