I keep getting calls from 510-256-0363 saying that I am in trouble and I will be arrested in 45 minutes to an hour. They claim to be from Latham and Watkins Law Firm and the supervisors names are Steve Sebastian and Jason Haynes. They refuse to give me any information and simply say the matter will be settled in court. These calls started after I filled out an online loan application and the only information they can give me is from the application I completed.
