Buffalo Wild Wings automated reminder.  A friend types in your number and then the voice of their choosing calls you to tell you when to meet.  It allows you to add a custom message which is played with text to speech software.

This call came from Jacksonville, Florida and rerouted or switched to 206, the area code I live in.  It is a collection agency.
