these people ring at random time, we answer & all we get was dead air.

NO. That was probably a legit phone call. I get them a lot, because I had a CAT scan done, and there was still a small balance due on my account. About $15.00 or so. Everytime they do a scan at Hackensack, A small bill comes later from the remainder of what my insurance did not pay. If you call back you should be told you recently had a procedure done, and that this is a SMALL amount due after they billed your insurance company.

scammers want your info and lie about court dates and warrants that don't exist to scare you into giving them you debit/credit card number to steal all of you money. do not answer they are ruthless snakes. they bought all of your info to not collect anything but access to your bank account.

I have a new phone and phone number and I regularly get calls from this number. Don't know who or what this is.
