Insistent on talking over the phone after being told that finances and taxes are discussed only by postal mail by our accountant. At mentions of 'postal mail', pretended to not understand what that meant ('Put a postage stamp on an envelope and send it in the mail.'). He hung up with, 'Good luck with your taxes then.'Never deal with twerps soliciting financial information over the telephone.
