Multiple complaints have been filed on 2016-09-06 with the FCC in relation to unsolicited telephone calls from 272 201 9367

2011-10-18: was a voice interactive automated system calling on behalf of a Blue Cross / Blue Shield operator, named one of my children by name, played a short message on "flu shot reminder" followed by polling whether or not named child received a flu shot or not

I was wondering who sent me a text message wishing me a happy new year. I got a similar call on Halloween.

Claimed to be the Social Security Administration, that this call was part of an ongoing criminal investigation and then asked for my name, address, and last 4 digits of my SSN. Promptly hung up on them.
