Its is disturbing me

keep on receiving unexpected sms msgs even soon after we informed 'em to stop. attempted returning call, however these people will not answer, instead send more sms msgs.

we got a ring with this no. a few times & soon as we answer no one answers soon as we say hi & soon as we ring back the identical thing happens. this was receiving really frustrating. Please help.

Called our number at 10:45pm.    Did    not leave a message, just kept calling and hanging up when answered.    We want it to stop!
