Caller persists to send texts to my modem, regardless of my informing himher that they have the wrong number and asking them to stop.

I DID NOT ANSWER CALL BECAUSE I RECOGNIZED IT WAS NOT LEGIT.

1-800-333-7721 is a legitimate number. The number returns to "Security Response Center" which is an alarm monitoring company that monitors alarm signals on behalf of security alarm system companies in Ontario and Canada wide. If the number has called you, it means the Security Reponse Center has your name and number listed as a key holder contact in the event of an alarm at someones home or business. If they have called your number by error, just simply tell the operator that and they can have your name removed.
