Which is bad? And annoying? And they should be prosecuted and stopped because its not a victimless crime. Its costing america and business millions of dollars and prevents people from ever answering the phone ? Which will soon go away as a means of communication? Like an 8 track tape, betamax, vhs, cd, records, pay phones, rotary phones, etc, etc.
