This number makes threats

I get two or  three calls a day on my cell from this number, when i answer they speak spanish.

WHY YOU rang ME?

left no message but when I called the number back it goes right to a message that tells you to leave a message for 941-538-1471. I also did a reverse lookup on the number and all it tells me that is the number is from Bradenton, Fl. and the cell carrier is Aerial Communications. I'm figuring it's a bill collector that is routing it's calls through a local cell phone carrier. Is anybody familiar with this communications company?

we had a ring with this no these people have informed the ring is with American recovery services Inc. however soon after a short introduction the ring is lost. Later with debt community we came to recognise about the firm www. debtconsolidationcare. com/forums/recovery-services. html. we believe these people were misinformed about our number All the companies should verify the number before phoning anyone.
