I got the same charge, called the number and finally got through to someone. He said they are a 'company that works for many subscription providers'...Such as, signing up for coupons, magazines, books...etc. I gave him my name and phone number so he could look up the charge and of course there was no record of it.. He told me he is forwarding the information to management and that I will be contacted tomorrow morning by their business office.

Scam number, claims to be from Service Canada

identical IRS con as reported above. we rang the IRS & these people verified that this was happening a lot.
