Call is from Castro valley California or Hayward California recorded message state they are returning your call regarding more affordable health care. That you called them inquiring about this which is wrong never contacted whoever this is. They have called also from other numbers u can press 1 to speak with someone when u do is always a foreign person with a strong accent tell them suits calling does no good

Number continually calls me at work but never leaves a message and appears to be a local cell number.  My name is on VM but receive several calls a day w/no message.
