Called about someone being in jail. doesnt say who. and i dont know anyone in MN. Called 7 times starting at 3am. good thing my phone was on silent.

we got 2 rings with this no. the 1st seemed just like a child the 2nd a obnoxious adult without sense enough to indicate this is a mis-dial when this was. Etiquette in this country has gone down the drain.

The user of this number keeps harassing me. Calls and Texts me. After explaining calmly many times to stop calling me..I am the wrong number.. this person keeps calling my number. I have told him to delete my number but to no avail!!    April 3 2011 was the last straw.. called back and FRANK was this morons name, says that I keep calling him! HOW DARE U 'FRANK'.
