They are swearing and won't stop calling me.I don't know them and I asked them 3 times to stop calling me.an that they had the wrong number.

I have a CPR call blocker and am unable to block this number, even if I enter it manually. It identifies as JONATHAN A.

I got a robo call saying it was "Tom' from the healthcare marketplace and to press some number to speak to a representative.

called work but wont give any info

Got a call from this number and answered and then hung up immediately.  The company then proceeded to call back three times in a row and hung up.  It sounds similar to some other numbers out of the Phoenix area code claiming to be selling items for a non-profit organization.
