Received 2 unsolicited calls two 2 different cell mumbers. No message. spam!

Caller did not leave any message just to hang up.

my cousin lives in canada and she has some kind of voip company like vonage where it hides its caller id and shows another number it started with 519. I don't know if this info helps. but that happends everytime she calls me

Phone rang at 3:41 am and no one on the line - I hung up and the phone rang again two times, but still no one on the line.  Msg on my cell phone said 'caller unknown'

Unsolicited Entity

Blocked this number they still call 5 to 6 times a day, return the call and hear party music in background and they speak very poor english
