I received 2 calls today from the same phone number as stated by others above my post.and person and to call the same phone number as well to get lower (1% interest rat { sure they will give that to me, LOL.} And they want info to do so. I do not have a Capital One credit card, never did. Cathy...

This is obviously a scam call. When I try to call it back an automated operator says the call can not go through.
