we took the plunge & picked up the ring. this is Comcast attempting to upgrade our service. we requested to have our no. deleted. these people stated this could take up to thirty weeks. these people were nice about this.

Called at 7:30 a.m. on Sept 25. Recorded message saying that the bank was calling about possible unauthorized use of credit card. Wanted me to press 1. Hung up.
Obvious fraud.
