Ordered pizza with false address

I received a call from this company before and asked to be removed from the list. When I received the call again, I asked to be removed and the person asked "Why?" and added that I did not know what the call was about. I explained that I do not use those services and that I need not provide a reason to ask to be removed and the person hung up.

Called and left message on my cell stating my social insurance number being used in illegal activity and my social insurance number has been cancelled.
