Caller claimed to be from Publishers clearing house, and said that I won 1.5 million dollars. Started asking personal questions. Caller had strong Jamaican accent. Said his name was Charles Blackwood Caller ID showed the above phone #. I asked for a number to call to verify his connection to Publishers clearing, and he gave me the same #. He was also arguing with me when I told him that I knew that this was a scam.
