This no. has rang three tijmes earlier today // sunday // doesnt pass on a msg. Have already reported this to the donotcall complaints.

When this number calls me nobody ever says anything and I answer the phone so I just hang up on them

They were stating on my voicemail, In an automated female voice about issuing an arrest warrant because my Social Security number was used in Texas for fraudulent activity. If I do not call them back on this same number then they will issue an arrest warrant in my name. This is a scam do not call back a block and report them immediately.

I got a random MMS text picture of a horse from this number and the word "Ruby". I guess it's the horses name? I have no idea who this is. I texted back to see if they perhaps texted the wrong number but they didn't respond. Guess they used all their mins texting horse pics.
