man called from 585 698 1833 stating he was calling regarding Check Systems with Bank Activity and theres a lawsuit against me - me or my leagal counsel need to call back immediatley - he some how called my work also - these scammers have alot of NERVE!!!!!!!!

This no.s ring us numerous times a day, does not pass on msg, really irritating, cannot find any details on this, anybody recognise who this is?
