scam caller identifying as US Treasury saying I have to appear before a federal magistrate

Answered. Small male child just kept asking over 'who is this?' I asked 'who is this?' Just kept saying the same thing over and over.    I hung up. Parents should watch their small children especially when it comes to the phone.    Thats asking for trouble. Fortunately, I am a parent with grown children, but I know how they can be at times.    But, WATCH THEM WHEN IT COMES TO THE PHONE!

Automated service that asks for me. It requests 1 if its me or 2 if its not. if I press 1, there is silence for about a minute, then disconnects. If I press 2, it disconnects. I cannot find any info regarding this number or what they want. I get these calls about twice a day and for about 2 weeks.
