I have no idea who this is. It seems someone I don't know is calling from a cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I have been getting calls from England, here is the number. Any ideas? Probably scam011442074502715

My wife got a nasty call from this number but when I try to call it back it says this number is not recognized.  I don't think she has been the only one.
