these people rang 6:26 AM on Nov. 11, 2010. we wish this is just a matter of whom ever this is dialing the incorrect tel. number!. when this is suppose to be a solicitation, our tel. no. was listed on the national no ring list!. person calling identified as: 914-447-4111 eleven

Acts like a robocall, in that nothing happens if you answer and say nothing. Phone number may have been spoofed. Blocked.
