number calls me but i cant call number back scam likely

This phone number is offering job in the USA. It is written that this number is from US Deparment of States.

rings in the middle of the evening speaks some crazy s@#$ subsequently puts the phone down & soon as you attempt to ring back that no. it is disconected. wtf

This number called and left a message about a stolen social security number. Obvious scam.

Several times a day I will get call from 941-257-4477 As soon as I answer, say "hello", they hang up. On a few occasions, I have answered but not said anything. I have heard a male voice but not enough to identify the person. Calls come at all hours.

I bought the service because it said you had info for the number on the initial check. What happened?
