Private Number, No Voicemail Left.

keeps texting me. wont tell me who they are. and the numbers always busy.

813-802-1369 called my celly 5 times between 8:02am and 8:07am... each time a hangup with no message.     At 8:28 they started again... 4 calls in 6    minutes, this time leaving two "messages" which = silence. Caller ID shows nothing but the number and online sources state "we found no info" but still give "cellphone - Tampa, FL." Those sources will of course sell you a "full report" for $2 to $80... isn't it strange & wonderful how they can do that even when they "found no info!"

Who was phoning with this telephone no.? these people requested for us by name or for our partner by name & subsequently refused to speak to us
