Millions Call

This number has been on my boyfriends cell phone bill numerous times. He told me that was his dispatchers number ( truck driver for heartland Express). He also told me that this number can only make calls it cannot receive calls or text. If he needs to call him he dials a toll free number. Hmm...sounds strange to me. I 1000% do not believe it belongs to his dispatcher. I have called it 100 times and its either out of service or it will ring several times before hanging up (no voicemail). This is a landline phone located in Mt.pleasant Iowa. I dont know whos behind this number but i will get to the bottom of it even if it kills me.

This number keeps calling my house all hours of the day and most times just breathe on the phone or laugh and hang up it is quite annoying. thank your tome and help

This no. was some kind of telemarketer or bill collector.

Nothing was said. I was hung up on when I answered. I was called on a Tuesday just after noon.
