My caller ID said Woodstock, IL. Other than that, I have no voice mail which means to me this is nothing more than another junk call.

Some one from this number made a charge on debit card they did not own. Called number does not answer.

phone call from Jupiter FL.  Didn't answer because for the past two days I don't know anyone in that area code.  I checked it out and it is from the area of Jupiter FL.  Coincidentally, for the past two daysI've received calls from 402-9882-0881 which is also in that area.  The second number is from a so-called credit card related company about some kind of insurance in the event I couldn't work to pay my credit card bill.  Scam!
