Fat pest of year with links at least twice a day to a skinny person

Trying to sell diet pills

Was receiving calls from this cell phone number for the past year now off and on. So I have tried adding to block list for a few months. After removing the block feature from my phone, I continued to still receive calls. I finally just today paid the hefty fee and changed my number. The person calling was speaking in Spanish I think so was not able to understand if it was threat or prank calls.

Call came in twice in2 minutes with only strange music in the background.

Received a call from this number saying a file had been started by the IRS for a fraud/tax evasion case and to call the number to go over the case details.

Calls several times robo call saying I’m getting arrested.
