Received three back to back calls from this number in Phila, PA. Collect charges from Legacy showed up on my phone bill at $10 each. Legacy said it was from a payphone.

This no. came up as 'PRIVATE HOME'. these people ended up leaving no msgs.

A man claimed that I won a large amount of money and a new car. He said an agent would call me back later and a prize team would arrive at my home about 4 hours later. He asked me a few questions regarding age and citizenship. He sounds foreign (Indian perhaps).

Not only spam, but a Spanish robocall.

They wanted to know if i was"short on cash" and sent via txt
