Just another cruise fraudster that bothers to leave sms on ur mobile phone. located out of New York. Robocaller per robotexter. our no. was unlisted.

had a ring at 1am with this no. No clue who this was, we did not answer.

It's US Financial Resources. I came across their website and started to use a formula to figure out how much of a Federal grant I might be eligible for my age and income (for education). Don't remember sending anything to them as their site required too personal of info (SS #, Address) for me to finish the formula. The calls started coming a few weeks later and although the rep was straightforward about the name of the company, he lied when I asked if he was a Government agency, he said yes. I'm still unclear as to what they get out of applying for the grants for you.
