Cold call to my phone with just the message 'Hi'. May be some sort of phishing for young person to reply. I did not reply.

Someone send me text message from this number between 12:00-7:00 a.m. using different phone numbers. This is very annoying and upsetting to me. This is illegal to be texting or calling people that time in the morning. For 2 years, I report this to law enforcements, FTC, and FCC but nothing is being done about this. Whoever is stalking and harassing, need to be put behind bars.

Wanting to offer burial plots to seniors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! maybe a good gift for Christmas. Huh???????????
