Unknown caller didn’t answer

I filed a report about 641-259-8545 with the FCC.

Would not say anything when I answer the phone

this is supposed to be a survey call.

call rcvd on mobile phone, that i rarely give the number to anyone,    they left no voicemail

Did not respond to screening. Left no message.

I'm guessing it's probably Nationwide - they are a debt collector, the # that IDs itself as Nationwide quit calling me after I paid my debt off (DTV) & the unidentified # quit calling at the same time.

I hate these unknown calls to my new cell phone.
