RECVD A CALL FROM DAVID YOUNGHAM SAYS HE RECVD A FAX AND NEEDS TO CONTACT A PERSON, WITH A NAME, AND GIVES DOB AND LAST FOUR OF SS NUMBER AND SAYS THEY NEED THAT PERSON TO SIGN A DOCUMENT AT HOME AND POE, AND THEN REFERS TO CALL DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL SERVICES AT 866-265-1612 AND GIVES A DOCKET NUMBER. THIS COMPANY NAME I WAS UNABLE TO FIND AND THE PHONE NUMBER YOU CANNOT CALL IF YOUR LINE IS BLOCKED...FISHY, I DID REPORT TO FTC AND BBB

Spoofed number - refused to say what company they were collecting for. Kept saying I needed to verify my date of birth and ssn first.

she hanged up after i answered the call.

I spoke with CSR who refused to remove my phone # & said there was no way to stop the phone calls

RECEIVING SMS FROM UNKNOWN NO 7504318757

ended up leaving a msg needing to confirm our address & place of employment to serve a claim against us.
