An unwanted call from this Fontana VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign or robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. Predators like this are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

When we do pick up no one speaks.

These are the rudest people, they do not identify themselves. Call you at work. Chew food while they talk to you. I have asked them repeatedly NOT TO CALL MY JOB.  They insist that calling you at your place of employment is not harassment and then threaten you with garnishments or law suits.
