The caller's are auto repair warranty scammers, attempting to fool ppl into giving 'em their cc no. to purchase a totally worthless policy!

This is CCS, its a collection agency, usually involving a car accident claim, if you were at fault and didnt have insurance at the time. If you had insurance then you will want to give them the information so they stop calling you. If you didnt have insurance...well good luck to you.
