Have had similar calls, though not from the same number, but with the same message: Call the number back to avoid charges to credit card. Most recent number was 845 207 0771.

This person sending strange texts - concerned could be criminal.    Advise to block.

Aarronne used to be a friend of the family. However, his inappropriate behavior toward my underage daughter caused us to sever our connection. He is still making phone calls to my daughter and trying to talk her into things that will get her into trouble. And he calls at all hours of the night. It looks like he disconnected this number and now has a new number he is calling us with.
