rang our mobile telephone & soon as we did not reply these people continued phoning until we picked up. these people rang about five or six times.

He texted me offering savings on my gas and electric bill.

was not house, these people ended up leaving no msg

our telephone calls numerous times a day, atleast three, no one answers; or let reply machine answer, & no msg ended up leaving ever. telephone identity screen says'EFFECTIVE TELS'. Any way to quit this?

They called our office and asked for me by name and then hung up and when I called back they hung up.
