This call was reported to the FCC by a consumer from Buford, Georgia on 2020-08-26

Caller stated that I won free Grant money, told him I was not interested and to remove me from the calling list, he then started screaming at me "Why would you turn down free money" There was a Girl in the background prompting Him what to say, I hung up on Him

Left no message. When called back from an unlisted number, I found out who it was.
