Millions Call

This phone number has been calling me for months and never says anything just background noice or breathing. I did a check and i think its a pay as you go phone because it couldnt be traced besidesbeing caldwell nj.They can text.has been going on for 5 months has anyone else had this issue?

We are assigned a new telephone no. at work & the debt collection company keeps on ring us asking for the past user. i have advised some one to quit phoning & delete our no. with their data base, to date these people keep on phoning.

Received calls multiple mornings between 5 and 6:30 a.m. With hang ups on voicemail. One voice mail picked up a male and female Spanish speakers talking VERY fast that were presumably un aware they were being recorded, but I don't speak Spanish. when I called back this morning they hung up on me
