Spam cannabis.

Received call from number. Caller did not let it ring long enough for me to answer. When I called it back operator said it was a non-working number.

They was saying that I could clear my student loans which I dont have

This guy is crazy i had to file a police report, he called the first time and sounded like a telemarketer then he hung up on me, after that he harrassed me for a whole week sending me very disturbing texts at all hours of the day and night then    my wife called him from her number to try and find out who this number belonged to then he started to senmy wife texts harrasing her he also started to texted my wife claiming i was a cheating husband without even knowing my name    uuuuggghhh

It was in a foreign oriental language and have no idea even what language it was left in the voicemail
