Once you answer and say you are not interested, they hang up and call back the next day

Not sure who this really is. Fast talking caller said it was a one minute health and environment survey but when I asked if this was a nonprofit she abruptly said 'have a nice day' and hung up! Makes me think it's a political push poll call or something else not proper!

Calls EVERY day, and EVERY day gets bounced by my call blocker. According to a recording on the Nomorobo website, this is a roofing company doing "free" inspections in "your area".

They called 6 times so far today. They left no message.
